Anttctig Electric Pruning Shears Review

Image
Click to Buy on Amazon The Anttctig Electric Pruning Shears have been a complete game changer for maintaining my bamboo. With a 2.36-inch cutting capacity, they slice through bamboo culms quickly and effortlessly. Before switching to these electric shears, I relied on a pruning saw and traditional hand pruners. The hand pruners simply didn't have enough cutting power, and the pruning saw was difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. After using the Anttctig shears, there is no comparison—they make the job dramatically easier and faster. The kit includes two batteries, extra blades, gloves, a charger, and a convenient carrying case. After cutting more than 100 bamboo culms, I haven't needed to replace the blades. They remain incredibly sharp and powerful. Because these shears are so powerful, safety is extremely important. Always handle them with care, as they can cause serious injury. I also strongly recommend wearing eye protection when trimming bamboo. Last year, a bamboo bra...

Scott Burke 8' Soft Top Surfboard Review(Costco Exclusive)πŸ„‍♂️

Scott Burke 8' Soft Top Surfboard Review: One of the Best Beginner Boards for the Money πŸ„‍♂️πŸ€™ The Scott Burke 8' Soft Top Surfboard is an incredible value at around $116 , especially when you consider Costco's excellent return policy. If you're looking for an affordable beginner surfboard or a fun soft top to keep in your quiver, this board is hard to beat. Compared to my 8' Wavestorm , the Scott Burke feels very similar in overall size and performance. However, it seems slightly thicker and may have a little more volume, which should provide excellent paddle power and stability. One feature I really appreciate is the Futures-style fin box system . This is a nice upgrade over the Wavestorm's screw-through fins because it allows you to easily experiment with different fin setups as your surfing progresses. The included leash also feels like a step up in quality compared to the leash that came with my Wavestorm. The board does have a plastic tail block , ...

Poolskim Review

Image
Click to buy Poolskim I purchased the PoolSkim in March 2022 during peak oak pollen and leaf drop season in North Florida, and I’ve been very impressed with how well it pulls in floating debris. It did take a little adjustment of the pool return jets to create the right flow, but once dialed in, it was easy to get a strong enough circulation to produce a consistent venturi effect. One thing I’ve noticed is that performance can vary depending on wind direction. On days when the wind is blowing away from the PoolSkim, it doesn’t pull in as much debris. However, on most days it works extremely well. I’ve also found that leaving a corded pool vacuum in the water can sometimes interfere with debris naturally drifting toward the skimmer. The only issue I’ve had is that the PVC elbow developed a small crack after a few months near the screw connection point. This caused occasional pressure loss, which would sometimes dislodge the unit into the pool. Fortunately, replacement parts are av...

Intex Kool Splash Inflatable Waterslide

Buy on Amazon  Intex Kool Splash Inflatable Water Slide The Intex Kool Splash Inflatable Waterslide is a fun addition for pool days and pool parties, especially considering the typical price range of about $100–$150. Overall, it delivers a lot of entertainment value, but there are a few practical drawbacks worth mentioning. The main issue I’ve experienced is a small leak where the garden hose connects to the slide. While not a dealbreaker, it can be frustrating since it wastes water and can wash sand or debris off nearby pavers. It also means you need to keep an eye on your pool’s water level if you run it for extended periods. I also tried running a hose line from the pool pump spigot to avoid lowering the pool level, but the water pressure wasn’t strong enough to properly power the sprayers at the top of the slide. Because of the connection leak, water loss is still something to be aware of during use. Despite these issues, I still really like the slide. It’s easy to se...
